Peter Ryan
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
I identify myself as an empathic, engaging and creative person with a natural talent in sensitively exploring positively traumatic experiences. What you get from my style of counselling is safety, acceptance and hope. As a capable counsellor I find a high degree of intuitive confidence in staying close to a troubled person's unique swirl of sensory, visceral and emotional pain. I have published (empathyzone.com) a number of articles highlighting my empathic competence working with trauma. I believe my professional qualities spring from my trust in me as a person of real worth.
