About Me

Hi and welcome,  I specialise working with young, and older adults and LGBTQ+ clients. Are you feeling lost, desperate, alone and have tried other avenues but still find your right back at the same place. Are you grieving a lost one. Are you struggling with maintaining relationship. Is food, drugs or alcohol controlling your life. Please do not struggle alone.  I offer a safe non-judgemental empathic online therapeutic service. More about this below.

A little about me. I began my therapeutic journey as a client. I was able to explore my difficulties and make sense of them whist receiving compassion and understanding from my therapist. This experience enabled me to move forward and inspired me to offer that safe non judgemental support to others.

The aim of my counselling practice is to mindfully support your knowledge of causes of concerns in a safe space. So you can discover what to change, accept and move forward. When dialogue becomes painful and difficult we can explore other creative styles that may suit you. I have a strong ethos with supporting clients to explore and set their own inner boundary, therefore allowing and empowering you to find your own inner therapist.

As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am highly trained and experienced in using Gestalt Therapy to help people who experience problematic thoughts and feelings. Are you feeling stuck shame. Struggling with addictions, and repeated patterns of behaviours. Complex PTSD, Co-dependency, sex and love addiction, attachment and abandonment issues. Sugar addiction body and food related issues. Cultural difference and identity including stigma and shadism. Depression, and guilt. Disabilities & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Bereavement and loss LGBTQ+ over 50 experiencing loss, detachment, grief and isolation.
