About Me

Welcome! I’m Noemie Redon, an experienced and qualified Art Psychotherapist working with adults, young people, and children from the age of 10.

My sessions are non-judgmental, honest, and committed to help you understand what is going on for you as well as respecting your pace.
The sessions can be only verbal and there is no need to be skilled at art. Sometimes, talking can feel too challenging, and working with creative resources can open new ways of expression. My approach is focused on working with feelings and felt senses in the body because emotions are a key indicator of what is really going on for you.

It is also focused on finding a connection with the individual so we can work together on your needs. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, loss, and bereavement.

Many of the young people and adults I am working with have experienced trauma in their past and are seeking help to process the traumatic experiences. Art Psychotherapy can be a creative process where past events cannot be changed but how we respond to them can be transformed.
