About me

I practise what would generally be described as an ‘integrative’ model, guided by Person Centred principles. In essence this means, the client leads their therapy, you are the expert in your life, not me. I will draw on differing theoretical approaches which, I hope will help you gain a better understanding of who you are and, help you reach the goals you have set for our work together. If you would like a more detailed explanation on theoretical approaches and why I feel certain approaches may be helpful to you. I welcome any questions you may have.  Within my therapeutic work I have personal and professional commitment to ‘full transparency’. By this I aim, to always completely open and honest with you and across all aspects of our work together. Again, I welcome any questions or exploration of what this looks like in practise.
