About me
Psychotherapist & counsellor in Bethnal Green, East London & Online. Often, people seek therapy simply because they need someone to talk to during a difficult time. When you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself, having a consistent space to speak and be heard can make a significant difference. I offer a quiet, confidential environment where we can look at what you are going through with curiosity rather than judgement. Working in-person in London E2 and online across the UK, I help individuals make sense of a wide range of experiences, including anxiety and panic, recurring relationship issues, and the impact of childhood trauma. I also provide a supportive space for exploring self-esteem and confidence. The way I work My approach is psychodynamic. This means that alongside the difficulties of the present moment, we also consider how your past experiences and unconscious patterns might be shaping your current life. Rather than offering surface-level advice, we work together to understand the roots of your distress. This process allows for a shift in how you relate to yourself and others, creating the conditions for meaningful, lasting change. Areas of focus In my East London psychotherapy practice, I work extensively with: Anxiety, panic, and overthinking Relationship and family difficulties Neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism Childhood trauma and early attachment patterns Depression, grief, and life transitions Identity, belonging, and questions of meaning Getting started You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Some people come with a clear reason, while others arrive with a more general sense that something isn't right. Our initial consultation is an opportunity to talk about what is bringing you here and to see how it feels for us to work together. Availability I offer weekly 50-minute sessions in a reflective setting in Bethnal Green or via a secure online platform. I currently have daytime and evening appointments available. If you would like to ask a question or arrange an initial meeting, please feel free to get in touch.
