Michael Schmool
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
There are times in our lives' when we just need space to be still and reflect, a space where we feel accepted, understood and supported in gaining a deeper awareness into why we feel the way we do.
I offer time and space in a confidential, empathic and safe environment in which we can work together to help you to explore and make sense of your current experiencing of life right now, at a pace that is right for you. My role as your counsellor is to work with you in exploring and making sense of any difficulties you are facing.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor I wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert on your life, and that we all have the potential to develop into the person we want to be given the right support and conditions. I would be honoured to help you in understanding yourself better and the way that you think, which I hope will help you to develop a clearer understanding of your problems. I do believe that the more armed with information you are, the easier it can become to navigate your way through any difficulties you are facing, so that eventually you can come out the other side feeling more positive.
