Martina Klich
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
My psychotherapeutic work spans the NHS and private practice.
Change takes courage. Our work together will help you to think about the feelings you have about yourself – and other people – particularly family, friends and colleagues. I will compassionately help you to face issues and causes, often from long ago, which may be weighing on you, or unknowingly affecting your relationship with yourself and others.
In our sessions you will be encouraged to talk freely. Together we will look deeper into your unique experiences, perspectives, problems and worries and together we will do the work of processing emotions.
Our work can help you to become more alive to life and can contribute to a better relationship with yourself and others, In facing your issues and their causes, change can begin to happen.
In the safe environment of my consulting room, I will gently invite you to explore all the parts of you – both the positive and the things on which you’d like help and support. I will be there for you when thoughts and feelings overwhelm. I will be illuminating, reflective and compassionate. Together we will do the hard work of thinking and discovery. By facing things, you will be able to see patterns, work through issues, become more resilient and you will be able to move forward in life.
