As a professionally qualified, Relate-trained relationship specialist with more than 10 years experience, I help couples and individuals manage and enhance their relationships by improving communication and by helping them develop a better appreciation of their own and others’ relationship needs.

Qualified and experienced,  I provide confidential, collaborative and non-judgmental relationship counselling. I offer support and facilitate understanding while making positive interventions to help you develop your own relationship skills.

When facing relationship issues and crises, I work with you to resolve ongoing conflict, reach important decisions, and importantly; make desired changes.

Life can throw up problems that can affect even the strongest of relationships, often causing communication to breakdown just at a time when it is needed most. Working together, I support you in maintaining or developing a healthy relationship while these other problems are overcome.

Our relationships with others can tell us so much about ourselves. How we relate to others, now and in the past, is an important part of who we are and understanding this is sometimes the key to a better quality of life and a greater sense of well-being.

Relationship therapy is not a substitute for personal therapy in all cases but if you feel that relationship problems have often affected your own sense of well-being and your sense of self, talking to a relationship therapist can sometimes be a good place to start.
