I am a fully qualified Counsellor with over 18 years experience of working with clients, in the NHS, and private practice, with a range of emotional issues and concerns.

I am provide a safe, non judgemental, confidential space for to you to talk, feel and to be heard and valued for being you. I appreciate that accessing help can in itself feel scary but I am here to help and genuinely want to help you overcome any difficulties you may have and grow in your awareness of yourself and maximise your wellbeing. 

I work with adults who may been experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem or feeling sad, these are often associated with trauma or eating disorders.

I offer a integrative therapeutic approach to counselling, which draws on my training, experience and skills of Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I offer either short, or longer term counselling working collaboratively to identify the areas that are troubling or worrying you, agreeing the areas you wish to focus in your sessions.

Using a variety of skilled techniques,  I aim help you to develop ways for you to view yourself, the world and others in ways which are more helpful to you; and move forward with your life in way that offers you more opportunity to be spontaneous , and awareness and intimacy.
