About Me

Are you feeling anxious?

Are you struggling with your self confidence or relationships?

Sometimes in life everything feels like a struggle and too difficult to deal with on your own.  We all need help sometimes.

Entering therapy can be the first step towards change.  You will learn more about yourself and understand the causes of your problems and how you want to live your life.  I feel passionate about empowering my clients so that they can move forward and lead a more fulfilled and happy life.

When people are seeking therapy, it is usually because they are going through a difficult time in their lives and are feeling in need of some help and support through this period.  I can help you gain insight and understanding into whatever is troubling you in a safe and supportive environment.  I provide an accepting space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings around your current issues and enable you to discover new ways to cope for the future.

Therapy is about you.  My role is to support you to find your own path.  We work collaboratively and at your pace.

Please get in touch if you would like to have an initial conversation about what you are looking for and how I might be able to help.
