Whatever your circumstances, I can help you to understand and interpret your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental space, whether you are facing new troubles or struggling to cope long term. Often people may think that needing counselling is a sign of weakness, but in fact, it is a true sign of strength. I will help you explore your inner world of thoughts and feelings so you can improve your physical and mental well-being.

I have almost 8 years of experience in supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health issues, including working in the NHS and National Probation Service alongside local and national charities. As well as private practice I currently counsel for YMCA and The Sandycroft Centre.

My specialisms include anxiety, depression, personality disorders, learning disabilities, dementia, ADHD, autism, bereavement, and post-traumatic stress, and current or historical trauma and abuse.
