About Me

Do you feel extreme emotions like rage, guilt, shame, despair, sadness, or loneliness? Are you feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Is feeling like this interfering with your daily activities and keeping you in an uncomfortable place?

You can navigate thoughts, feelings, and emotions with the aid of counselling.

Speaking with a therapist allows you the chance to examine your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences in a secure setting without worrying about being judged.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to explore—a safe space that is all about You.

I am a trauma-informed, fully qualified, Person Centred Therapist. Registered with the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy (BACP). I help individuals with a variety of issues, some of those being depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, post-traumatic stress, addictions, bereavement, loss, supporting personal development, and those with low self-esteem.

I work collaboratively with each individual client toward their desired goals to gain clarity, self-awareness, self-understanding, and self-confidence. All support a healthier relationship with self, which in turn supports healthier interpersonal relationships. I support clients to develop skills and access resources within themselves, promoting strategies and interventions for meeting both short- and long-term goals.

Offering a 50-minute session, currently via zoom or telephone, where we can explore whatever may be impacting you, all with my professional support and guidance.

If you would like to get started, please do reach out.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding therapy together and we can discuss how you would like to move forward on your journey toward healing and recovery.
