Integrative therapistAbout Me
I am a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist based in Central London with a background in finance and art. I work with individuals and couples on a short- and long-term basis providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and your struggles. I also work online with clients from anywhere in the UK and worldwide.
My life journey and experience of psychotherapy during a time of personal crisis inspired me to retrain and become a psychotherapist. Having seen how life-changing it can be, I decided it was important to me to support others on their journeys. Since then I never stopped to wonder how the quality of our relationship with ourselves impacts all our relationships, our professional life, and even our physical health - i.e. the overall quality of life.
Understanding the importance of attending to our emotional world, especially when we operate in high-pressure academic and work environments where we are judged on the basis of our performance, I have a particular interest in supporting clients who feel the anxiety and stress that come with striving to be the best version of yourself, as breadwinners, as parents, as partners, and as human beings.
