I understand that taking the first steps towards finding a counsellor might be daunting for some. I offer a warm, caring and confidential space for you to explore personal issues safely and without judgement, at your own pace.

I work in a person-centred way: that means that you, the client, are the centre of the process, and we will work at a pace that suits you, in order to access the support that you need. It may be that something has happened that you need help dealing with, or there might be a long-term, ongoing issue that you would like to address. We will work together to support your emotional and psychological needs.

I can help with a wide range of issues, including self-confidence, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and addiction and recovery.
