How may I help you?  Perhaps you are feeling stuck or unsure about a situation or someone.  Is there something that doesn't feel right and you are not sure why?  Perhaps you want to know more about yourself and why you react in the way you do.   

I work with clients who come to me with a range of issues and I do not judge or advise but by talking, means you will be able to  we make sense of what is going on and find a way forward.   I bring warmth and empathy to our sessions where we will build a trusting relationship in a safe confidential space.   

I have also worked for years in the field of Domestic Abuse and understand why it happens and the complexities and the wide range of issues it causes for those immediately affected and the wider family.  This can include anxiety, depression, low self esteem, substance misuse.

Our first session will include discussing expectations of our sessions and me asking questions about your personal history and what you would like to get from counselling.  I offer short and long term work and we will review our work regularly to ensure we are working to your goal.

I am able to work with you face to face or on line.
