About me

Welcome to my page I am interested in your unique self and what brings you to counselling. I will listen and be by your side as you talk and together we will find clarity and a way forward. I am able to support you with any aspect of your life that you are struggling with. I have a lot of experience working with a variety of issues including abuse, narcissistic personality disorder (NPL), negative on line dating experiences, relationship difficulties, trauma, crime, bereavement. I understand it takes absolute courage to make contact and here to answer any questions you may have before we meet. I do not judge or advise but listen with warmth and empathy in a safe and confidential space. I will be by your side as you explore what you feel comfortable with and help you unlock uncomfortable feelings in your own time. My clients tell me they feel lighter and have clarity at the end of our sessions. Our first session will include discussing any expectations of our sessions and me asking questions about what you would like to get from counselling.  The rest of out session will be for you to tell me what you choose. I offer short and long term work and we will review our work regularly to ensure we are working to your goal.
