Sometimes, seeking help from a professional is the best step towards overcoming the difficulties you are experiencing. I provide evidence-based therapies to support you in recovering from difficulties with your mental health to enable you to pursue a life that is personally meaningful and worthwhile.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach depending on your needs. I support clients with common mental health problems, such as adjustment to stressful life experiences including becoming a parent; post-traumatic stress disorder; anxiety; depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder

Training and qualifications
As a clinical psychologist, I have gained training and expertise in multiple therapeutic modalities however my main approaches are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I also provide Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR).
