About me

I am an experienced clinician with over a decade of practice across diverse settings, including psychiatric care at Priory Hospital, outpatient psychotherapy, child and adolescent mental health services, specialised psychosis outreach, and addiction treatment. In these settings, I have treated a range of symptoms, such as chronic depression, anxiety, complex trauma, obsession, burnout, gender dysphoria, phobias, loss, and sexual difficulties. My practice is deeply committed to fostering a secure and supportive environment for patients to be able to address what is troubling them. Sessions themselves are psychoanalytic wherein you are invited to speak freely. The purpose is to uncover the meaning behind what you share and to use this understanding for bespoke change. This could mean creating space for yourself in relationships, pursuing professional/personal interests with vigour, or even experiencing love in new ways. Beginning therapy and reflecting on your symptoms can be a difficult step to take. However, the process can be made easier by the treatment approach and the clinician. Do visit my website (listed on this page) to find out more and feel welcome to reach out to me to see if this is right space for you before starting your therapeutic journey.
