About Me

You are not feeling right. Maybe you are going through a difficult loss. Maybe you are back in a familiar painful place, repeating unhelpful patterns. You feel stuck, not knowing where to turn. Maybe your every day is a struggle.

I offer a safe and confidential space, where you can be heard.

My approach is supportive and involved. Together, we will work to explore your concerns, deepest thoughts and behaviours. You need to commit to the process and, yes, it can be demanding. But, in time, you can use it to develop new insights and understanding. You can learn more about yourself, your relationships and the difficulties you’re facing.

I hope you will feel freer after working with me, more confident in your skin and more able to choose how you want to interact with the world.

Most of all, I want you to develop the life you are longing for.

Fees

£70 per 50 minute session

I may be able to offer a reduced fee for those who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I offer both short (12 sessions) and long-term counselling (open ended), on once-weekly basis.

Short time counselling focuses on a specific problem and offers practical way of dealing with and managing current situations. Long term, open-ended psychotherapy is a free flowing process that allows to explore the impact of the past on the present, providing an opportunity to understand what underlies the difficulties you are experiencing.

The model of therapy depends on your needs and concerns and is something we would discuss in initial sessions.

Training and qualifications

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Code of Ethics. I also hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a psychodynamic therapist for a psychotherapy and counselling centre in North London, where I carry out clinical assessments. I also lead and shape training for a national crisis line.

I have experience of working with clients who have lived through very difficult experiences. I have also worked with those who come to therapy to work on their relationships and personal development.

My background is in digital marketing and social media consulting. I was always intrigued by human behaviours and how the online world can impact those. I have worked with, facilitated and delivered training to groups for over 13 years, which at its best, is also about building connection and understanding, working with difference, and most importantly, people.
