I am here to support you through your struggles with Anxiety, I work with people to reduce anxiety and help them to have a better life. I have a deep understanding of anxiety and how it may get in the way of your every day life. I am offering one to one sessions to children age 11+ and adults, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore how you are feeling.
We will be exploring difficult and challenging situations together in an environment where you can be open and feel listened to.
