About Me

You may be concerned about something which has troubled you for many years or perhaps something which has happened more recently.  I offer a safe and confidential space in which you can explore your difficulties at your own pace. I have worked successfully with clients with a wide range of issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, mood swings, trauma, bereavement and feelings of hopelessness to name a few. Psychotherapy can help you to uncover self-limiting beliefs and behaviours and to open up new ways of thinking, feeling and relating. This can bring about change, personal growth and lead to a much happier, more productive and creative way of being.

I am an experienced, qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor both online and in Crouch End, North London.
