Imogen PetitPsychodynamic psychotherapist
I am an experienced psychotherapist based in Brockley, south east London.
I trained at WPF Therapy, one of the UK’s leading institutions for academic and clinical practice, and hold a postgraduate diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Roehampton University.
My therapeutic approach is to offer people a space to share troubling or distressing thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, where we can work creatively together to explore the root cause.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a creative, collaborative process which can help to bring clarity and a greater understanding of how we have come to be the way we are. This new insight can bring about a capacity to see things differently and may allow us to feel freer to make choices about how we interact with the world around us which may help us to lead a more contented, fulfilled life.
