Couples counsellorAbout Me
If you’re reading this, I’m guessing you’re feeling something that is getting in the way of how you would like to be. Maybe you’re angry, anxious, sad or struggling to like yourself. Maybe you’re feeling OK, but you would like to feel better about yourself or improve your relationship with others in your life-such as a partner, family members, friends or colleagues. Coming to counselling can feel daunting and I have deep respect for anyone who makes that step. Counselling can really make a difference when things get though.
I have particular experience working with depression, anxiety, attachment issues, infertility and pregnancy loss. I have a particular interest in working with couples, especially where an affair has been exposed (guilt, remorse, sense of self-worth issues) and explore what that means for the relationship.

Fees
I charge £40a session (60min) for individual counselling and £65 a session (80min long) for couples counselling.
I ask for a 24 hr cancellation period or my full fee is payable. No fee is payable where I cancel for any reason.
I have a small number of concessionary places, so please do ask if the full fee would mean you can’t work with me.
