About me
As an experienced and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, I care deeply about what I do. You may be depressed, anxious, stressed, angry or have relationship problems or work-related difficulties. I will listen to you with empathy and without judgement so that I can see the world through your eyes and so that you feel heard. If your thoughts and feelings are confusing, conflicted or unclear, I will work with you collaboratively to unravel and make sense of them. I approach my work with hope and optimism and will work alongside you to explore and understand the roots of your difficulties so that you can gain new perspectives on them. A greater understanding of yourself can give you the freedom and autonomy to make positive and lasting changes in your life. I work on a one-to-one basis with adults aged 18 years and above. Sessions can be open-ended or time-limited and can be held face to face, online or over the telephone. I offer a free introductory consultation so that you can see if i am the right counsellor for you. In this meeting, we would discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. It would also be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about the process.
