About Me

I am a psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist practising in London on Wednesdays and from my home in Royston the rest of the week.

My goal is to provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can open up and talk freely about what's on your mind.

My way of working is suited for those who are looking for help to find their bearings while going through a time of crisis and/or for those who wish to examine their life more fully to address issues that have affected them over time.

I believe that with the help of therapy, you can start understanding your inner world and thought patterns more clearly and remove the feelings of anxiety and worry from your mind. Psychoanalytic psychotherapy aims to go deep into your emotions, understanding how your early life has formed strategies that might contribute to unhelpful patterns in adulthood with the aim of gradually removing distress, helping you to live your life more fully. I offer sessions in English or French, face to face or online.
