About Me

"You're so real" is what clients have often said to me. I believe this realness helps a client to make a genuine connection; the basis for a trusting relationship.

Person Centred means a belief that you know yourself best and that given a supportive, confidential, trusting, empathic and non judgmental relationship with a therapist you will find your way forward from within yourself.

Finding the space to explore all your experiences, thoughts, feelings and emotions is sometimes hard to find in a world that can be disconnected and frantic, but can be just what is needed to bring clarity and awareness to difficult situations.

You may be stuck with a decision to make where each option doesn’t seem ideal or have suffered a loss that has left a big hole in your life. You may be suffering with guilt or shame that is burdening you and leaving you unable to move on.
You may feel you can’t be your true self because there are expectations on you to be a way that doesn’t fit with how you feel inside.

Clients have repeated told me ‘You’re so real’. I feel this authentic way of being allows for an honest and valuable connection to be made that helps the client also find their true self.
It has been my experience that short term therapy (just a few sessions) can be effective as well as longer term.

Your first step is to arrange a free 30 minute phone call to see if I could be the right person to talk to for you. You can do this via email or by leaving your name and number on a phone message.
I look forward to hearing from you.
