Fiona McKinstrie
Child psychotherapy psychotherapistAbout Me
Although the teenage and young adult years can be exhilarating and enriching, they can also stir up feelings of confusion, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness, shame and anxiety. For many young people, it can feel hard to confide in friends and family, but talking confidentially to a therapist can often help make sense of these complex feelings and emotions and relieve the underlying worry or unhappiness.
My therapeutic style is warm and informal and I believe in creating a safe space for young people in which they feel comfortable to explore their thoughts and feelings and bring about positive change.
