EVERYONE IS UNIQUE
This is why it is important to meet for an initial consultation which will give us the opportunity to discuss what your needs and expectations are, and to establish whether we are comfortable working together.
This process involves one or more meetings, usually two, to assess which approach would be the best suitable and to help you experience what working with me would be like.
Sessions, including each initial consultation meeting, last 50 minutes, and if you decide to commit to therapy, we will then arrange a day and a time to meet regularly every week.
IN PERSON and ONLINE sessions can be arranged for daytime and evening slots.
To enquire about current availability or to arrange an appointment please call me on 07902 776355.
If you reach my voicemail, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
