About Me

Do you find life or relationships difficult ?
Do you feel anxious, depressed, vulnerable, wanting to change but uncertain on how to proceed ?

I specialise in trauma, psycho-oncology, chronic health conditions, psychosomatic presentations, relationships and psychosexual issues.

I am a BACP Registered and Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and BPC Registered Psychodynamic Counsellor.
Experienced in working with a wide range of highly complex issues
I have provided counselling and psychotherapy in a variety of social and mental health settings.

Until recently I was employed in the NHS at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust where I offered specialist Counselling to Oncology patients and their carers, and where I supervised groups of nursing staff.
My wide-ranging clinical experience also include counselling students at the UCL Student Psychological Services, providing long-term psychotherapy at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust- Lambeth IPTT Personality Disorders Service, and both brief and open-ended therapy at Sutton Counselling, a charitable counselling service in Sutton.

In order to address different needs, I offer a range of psychoanalytically orientated therapies and specific techniques, to adult individuals and couples in English and Italian.

EVERYONE IS UNIQUE.

This is why it is important to meet for an initial consultation which will give us the opportunity to discuss what your needs and expectations are, and to establish whether we are comfortable working together.
This process involves one or more meetings, usually two, to assess which approach would be the best suitable and to help you experience what working with me would be like.
Sessions, including each initial consultation meeting, last 50 minutes, and if you decide to commit to therapy, we will then arrange a day and a time to meet regularly every week.

IN PERSON, ONLINE and TELEPHONE sessions can be arranged for daytime and evening slots.

To enquire about current availability or to arrange an appointment please call me on 07902 776355.
If you reach my voicemail, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
