Hi, I'm Maisie. I'm an EMDR therapist with 10 years experience working in social care and the NHS. 

I absolutely love EMDR as a therapy. I'm always amazed to see the progress and breakthroughs my clients make when we're working together using EMDR. 

I have two areas of special interest, the first is perinatal mental health. I understand the transition to becoming a parent can be tricky to navigate. If you throw birth trauma or childhood trauma into the mix it can become even more difficult. 

I've used EMDR to help people make sense of and feel more at peace with difficult birth experiences. I've also supported people to heal from difficult childhoods that were impacting on their relationship with their children. 

My second area of interest is working with entrepreneurs and business owners who have experienced trauma in the past that's showing up now and preventing them from reaching their goals. 

I've had some great results supporting people to heal old wounds and this has helped them to feel more confident and assertive in their businesses. 

I'm a really passionate practitioner and I'd love to share the magic that EMDR is able to create.
