I’m an approachable psychodynamic psychotherapist with an authentic attitude, ready to work with you on whatever it is that’s causing you distress.
The way I work is to think together with you about what you are finding emotionally upsetting or confusing in your life, keeping your past in mind as we do that.
Meeting weekly, we will explore your patterns of thinking, feelings and behaviours with a view to better understanding your unconscious motivations and habits. It is my intention that as we work together, you'll come to understand yourself a whole lot better and feel seen, heard and cared for.
The first step towards starting therapy with me is for us to have a brief chat (free of charge) to get a sense of whether you and I are a good fit and why you feel therapy might be beneficial for you at this particular time in your life. Let’s talk - then we’ll take it from there.

My standard fee is £75 per session.
Training and qualifications
I have a first class honours degree in Cultural Studies and a Master's Degree in psychodynamic theory and practice, awarded at distinction grade.
I’m a member of various professional psychotherapy bodies, participating in them at national level. I am accredited by the UKCP, work to high ethical standards and I love my work.
