My name is David, a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I provide Individual psychotherapy for younger and older adults, addressing a variety of issues from self-image and confidence to depression and bereavement, the sessions are available in English and Russian language. I provide online sessions via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom, making it convenient to attend remotely from anywhere in the world. After the first session, where we would have the opportunity to introduce ourselves, explore your story and presented issues, I will offer you an open-ended work on a weekly basis or more frequent if necessary.

In therapy, we will work together towards identifying some unapparent and recurring patterns that underpin your behaviours, interpersonal relationships and life-long emotional experiences. Whether depression, anxiety, personal growth or other issues are presented, first of all I work with your individuality and unique personal framework. In our work you will be provided with reflective space and time that is exclusively yours. In psychodynamic approach, the interaction in therapeutic space can reflect what might be happening in your personal relationships or other areas of your life generally. My practice is also informed by person-centred values, where we work in a therapeutic alliance. Our work can be open-ended, and you can set your goals for the therapy, too.
