Thank you for visiting my profile and thinking about how I may be able to support you. I appreciate it can be tricky to find the right therapist and therefore, initially I would invite you for an initial chat. This will be an opportunity to ask any questions and see whether a systemic approach is helpful for you. I offer family, couple and individual therapy online.
I have been working with people with complex worries for over 10 years. I currently support individuals, couples and families with a wide range of dilemmas, including relationship worries, parenting dilemmas, family worries and supporting people with an autism and/or ADHD diagnosis.
I hope to create a therapeutic space for us to reflect upon what influences your experiences of the world and I hope to support you through any dilemmas you are experiencing. I offer a tailored approach to help support you, your family, or you and your partner to create the change you would like to see.
