I am an experienced therapist and currently work as a lecturer on a MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy course. I am looking to expand my Private Practice, on-line and offer face-to-face appointments next year in 2024. I previously worked as a counsellor in a University Counselling Service and as a counsellor in the NHS. I am interested in working with parents and clients with an interest in music and the Arts. As a psychodynamic practitioner, I am interested in what brings you to therapy now and helping you to understand your present difficulties. This will take into account your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings and dreams. I will also consider current and past relationships and recurring patterns of behaviour. I will work collaboratively and creatively with you to develop your emotional and psychological capacity to enhance your life.
