Caroline Hewitt
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
As a qualified Counsellor, I can share with you, a regular time and safe space, where you feel able to bring whatever it is that you need to bring, at a pace that suits you. I will listen and respond without judgement and be genuine with you. Sometimes I might challenge you to be curious or other times hold fast as you explore inner depths, but always with an awareness that you are the expert on yourself.
Sometimes in this fast paced life we lose track of who we are and what we genuinely want for ourselves, it's easy to become overwhelmed and stuck. I work with people that know what they want to work on and others that don't. In my practice it is my aim to offer you a space where you can begin to unpick what is happening for you, even if you don't know. Though it often doesn't feel like it, I believe that each person is unique and has an innate ability towards healing and in my role as your counsellor, I will endeavour to journey alongside you as you discover this for yourself.
