No one gets through life without suffering emotional pain at some point in their lives.

When you are suffering with emotional pain, you probably wonder why you can’t be leading a happy life like other people you know. Of course, regardless of your perceptions, you have no idea what internal demons the people you see are actually facing. 

We come into this world with a set of emotional needs that must be met if we are to survive the tremendous pressures of modern-day life. These needs are not going to be met all of the time and it is important to realise that these stressors are part of “the human condition”. 

My job is to help you come to grips with the needs that are currently not being met in your life and to help you draw on your inner strengths and resources to find the best way to move forward towards the life you want for yourself. You might feel stuck in some aspect of your life. It might be a job or a relationship that has lost its sparkle. You may be suffering from depression, feeling as if you are relentlessly treading through treacle. I successfully treat people with all these feelings. 

A little about me: I spent 40 years as a board level executive, in the entertainment and media industry in the UK, US, Latin America, Asia and Africa. I am trained as both a psychotherapist and an executive coach. As a result of my corporate experience I am comfortable helping people with workplace depression and anxiety.
