About me

The path of life can be challenging. We may find ourselves navigating relationship difficulties or loneliness, feeling unfulfilled at work or without work, or experiencing anxiety, or panic attacks, loss, depression, or anger. At times, these burdens become so overwhelming that we feel stuck, distressed, or even lost, and we come to a point when we might need help to find a way through these difficulties. My work is grounded in the understanding that much of what shapes our feelings, thoughts, and behaviours lies beneath the surface—within our unconscious. Together, we explore these hidden processes by gently bringing them into awareness so that old patterns can shift, new choices can emerge, and meaningful change can begin. Therapy is a courageous and rewarding journey. Whether you are seeking short-term support or deeper, long-term exploration, I can accompany you in your difficulties and along your path to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

Training and qualifications

I am a qualified and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist, accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a member of the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (APPPS). I completed my training in inter-cultural psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I also hold a Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology. My clinical experience includes working in NHS at the City and Hackney Primary Care Psychotherapy Consultation Service, charitable organisations such as Camden Psychotherapy Unit and Crisis Centre Hotline and seeing patients in my private practice. I also hold a BSc In Business and Economics and have worked in the Business sector in the past. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I earned a BSc In Business and Economics and worked in the business sector where I gained valuable insight into the pressures and emotional demands people often face in their professional lives along with strivings for identity. Beyond my knowledge and experience and most importantly, what truly drives and guides my work is a sincere and authentic interest in people. And I am continually inspired by the uniqueness of each person I meet and will consider it an honour to walk alongside you on your journey towards a more fulfilling and joyful life.
