About Me

Sometimes life can become overwhelming and every day can feel like a challenge. One can feel “stuck” in relationships, a career or with life in general. There can be moments where both personal and professional development feels obstructed and the joy of life is missing. In such situations, one might need help to find a way through these difficulties.

Psychotherapy is a specific kind of help where one can have an opportunity to explore the difficulties in a confidential, non-judgmental and supportive space. In this exploration together with a psychotherapist one can not only gain support and understanding, but also start noticing things about one's self that may never have been noticed. These can be feelings, thoughts, memories, patterns of behaviours that take place now or that one remembers from the past.

Together with a psychotherapist, one might discover that certain past experiences are still alive and continue to shape one's life in the present moment. This exploration of the past and present experiences, and the feelings connected to them leads to increased self-awareness. Moreover, one can develop new ways of thinking, feeling, relating, behaving and a wider range of life choices can become possible. With time, one can start making significant changes in their life.

I can accompany you in your difficulties and along your path to a more fulfilling and joyful life.
