Existential psychotherapistAbout Me
As an existential psychotherapist, my focus is what your current situation is, what your relationships are like? What gives you a sense of achievement and enjoyment? What do you dread and fear, knowingly, or almost unknowingly? Do your values, beliefs and the way you think of yourself match the life you lead or is there a clash or mismatch? Sometimes we ignore, or forget the fundamentals of living, what are our choices and the consequences of those choices. The more we can take responsibility for our choices, the more we will feel we can be the masters of our life. However, it is not an easy option to become aware of our choices and accept the ensuing consequences. It is much easier to see ourselves as the victim of circumstances, but then we have to live with feelings of being stuck and anger towards others as well as a sense of frustration and powerlessness.
With me as your companion in whatever you're struggling with, we can explore more deeply, leave aside our assumptions, approach things with curiosity and arrive at a new understanding.
Whether you are feeling anxious, living with a fear of things being outside of your control, or feeling very sad because of what has happened to you, either way, facing things honestly, and with someone there to help you reach an understanding, you will find yourself in a stronger place.
