About Me

I am a qualified and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.  I have experience of delivering CBT treatment in a number of different settings, including within both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I offer CBT treatment sessions, which is an approach which helps you to gain an understanding of particular thinking patterns, and/or particular behavioural patterns which may be working to maintain your difficulties/distress.  Together in treatment sessions, we will explore what these patterns might be, and how to overcome these, including considering what changes could be beneficial to make.

I have a special interest in working with difficulties with anxiety, including social anxiety, generalised anxiety, OCD, PTSD, healthy anxiety, and phobias.  I have worked extensively with those who have difficulties with anxiety, low mood, emotion dysregulation difficulties, and substance misuse.
