Difficult experiences or severe life stressors, can make people feel like life is falling apart. My passion is bringing healing to people by helping to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as whole, complete, and safe. 

Together we can develop self awareness, increase insights that help you regulate your own emotions and have more control over your feelings, as well as unravel the roots of unresolved issues that are affecting how you feel. Our process will begin gently and each new insight will help us move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, but I have been trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, and short term Core Conflictual relationship therapy a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviours. Psychodynamic therapy aims to help people develop internal psychological resources and greater capacity for dealing with issues that have caused emotional suffering.

My educational background includes a BSc in Psychology, a CertHE in Counselling, and MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy in London UK.
