What’s unique about my offering?

For twenty years I’ve been consumed by the inspiring task of seeing people learn and grow.  From directing a London charity to the slums of Africa and Asia, I’ve seen the transformation that’s possible when people partner with potential.  In classrooms and boardrooms, (and now on zoom!) I’ve witnessed the growth that’s achieved when people feel supported enough to take risks in pursuit of vision.  In coaching I will help you wake-up your imagination, trust your intuition, activate commitment, and become fully convinced that your contribution matters. My approach

Beginning with Growth-Mindset, I draw on principles and practices from Person-Centred,  Gestalt, and Transactional-Analysis interventions to create an energising container for transformation.  With finely-tuned goals and high-quality feedback, we discover where you most need to make progress and push yourself beyond your comfort-zone to improve your performance in line with your authentic priorities.  My approach is holistic, integrating systems thinking, climate justice, and inclusion and belonging as areas for deepening awareness for the whole person to flourish.

Qualifications and experience

I have been executive coaching for 10 years, as well as achieving an MA in coaching, certificates in counselling and education, and learning from leadership roles in faith, community and educational settings.
