Michelle Windle
Executive, Business, and Relationship CoachingAbout me
As a dual trained executive coach and therapist, I bring a depth of therapeutic awareness and knowledge to my coaching practice.
This therapeutic coaching approach to personal change brings together the powers of coaching and therapy in a single way of working. This approach comes from my belief of the need to work with the whole person, rather than the current situation or problem, for transformational change to happen. A change is unlikely to be sustainable if addressed in isolation and being able to use my therapeutic training enables a greater level of depth and insight in my coaching work with clients.
Through this process, clients have the opportunity to explore their inner world and resolve conflicts, as well as making a tangible change in their lives and developing their strengths and opportunities. I work with clients to understand where they are currently, what is holding them back and together find a way forward to where they want to be. I work with respect, humour, empathy and confidentiality.
I worked as a CEO in mental health therapy charities for over a decade and have an understanding and empathy for the diverse challenges faced within leadership roles and managing your own business. Many of my clients are experienced working professionals who are starting to question their path and are seeking clarity on what might be next for them.
How clients describe working with me:
“Michelle is a calm and reassuring presence, she is a deep thinker and an astute listener. Our coaching sessions have helped me to go deeper, further and broader with my transition to working independently and my strategic vision for not only my business but also for my life. I thoroughly enjoy being coached by her as she challenges me in a supportive way. I feel very safe in our sessions as she guides me through the messiness to clarity and concrete next steps. I appreciate her therapeutic lens on the world and her ability to cut to the core of a perceived problem.”
“Our conversations have provided clarity, enabling me to see my strengths more clearly and this has produced a shift in my mindset. I always leave each coaching session armed with options, ideas to reflect on, and generally a sense of well-being."
