I offer therapeutic coaching sessions for women, to support you to feel better within yourself and to experience positive change within your life.
This solution-focused approach will support your emotional wellbeing, help to relieve stress and anxiety, increase your confidence and self-esteem, and allow you to create the positive change you would like in your life. Therapeutic coaching sessions with me will enable you to connect with yourself more fully and empower you with ways in which to feel better.

I provide a safe space in which to explore and to bring into awareness your current feelings, thoughts and experiences. From here we can establish what it is you would like instead, what is getting in your way, and find a path to take you forward.
I use a powerful blend of traditional and alternative approaches and techniques, integrating key principles of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Mindfulness and Life Coaching, applied as appropriate to you as an individual and your situation. This allows us to work holistically on a conscious and unconscious level, working as needed with your past, your present and envisioning a fulfilling future.

Calm and sensitive by nature, my approach is empathic and non-judgemental. I find it a real privilege to help others to reconnect with themselves, to feel more resourceful and to improve their sense of wellbeing and enjoyment of life.
Through my own life experiences and challenges, I became very interested in wellbeing, psychology and and coaching. This lead me towards living in a way that feels more balanced, more fulfilling and authentic to me. It also lead me to train as a Therapeutic Coach. I now work using the same powerful techniques that have helped me to regain and maintain my sense of wellbeing, which are applicable to a wide range of issues and I believe are beneficial at any stage of life.
