Executive CoachingAbout me
Are you feeling stuck in a job you don't like? You know it's not for you, but you don't know what else you can do? Maybe you don't know what else you want to do?
Are you worried about making the wrong decision about your next job or career direction?
Are you unconfident in interviews? Keep missing out on being the successful candidate?
Are you finding it hard to get interviews as you don't know how to write your CV or application form or LinkedIn profile for jobs that you want?
Are you out of touch with how to find jobs?
If you've answered yes to any of these, you're my ideal client.
I work with people on low-middle incomes. My own career has been in the charity and education sectors and I've helped clients transition into working for universities, local authorities, not for profit sector, NHS or themselves.
I trained as a Careers Professional in 2008 by completing the Qualification in Career Guidance at Nottingham Trent University and have worked with both adults and young people ever since. I never get tired of discussing people's career journeys or reading about the latest advice on how to present your CV etc.
I offer an initial consultation for £25 to start working on whatever it is you're struggling with - if you decide to invest in working with me further, I'll deduct £25 from the cost of the package. To book a consultation go to: https://calendly.com/lindseycarrcareerconsultant/discovery-consultation

Training and qualifications
I qualified as a Careers Professional in 2008 after a 1 year full-time diploma course at Nottingham Trent University - Qualification in Career Guidance (level 6). I then completed the level 4 NVQ Information, Advice and Guidance during my first year in practice.
As a registered Careers Professional on the Career Development Institute database I have to carry out a minimum of 25 hours per year CPD. In the last few years I've attended training on LinkedIn, decision making, NLP (diploma), motivational interviewing (4 day course), John Lees masterclass (UK career expert) (2 day) and set up a peer practice group with other career professionals to practise techniques to assist career changers.
