For me, coaching is about reflection and ultimately finding one’s own purpose. It is about encouraging you to develop your own personal life philosophy that is authentic and courageous.
I work with my clients to build on resilience and hope in order to become more fulfilled and self-confident. I use mindfulness and cognitive behaviour techniques to help my clients pursue their goals.

Training and qualifications
I have a degree in Politics from Nottingham University. I have a foundation degree in psychotherapy and counselling from Regents University; a certificate in coaching from the ISCP where she focused her learning on Cognitive Behaviour Coaching.
I have completed a diploma in professional coaching practice accredited by the ICF (International coaching federation)
Most recently I have become a mentor and coach at the Clement James Centre, Holland Park, London and Team coach for The Princes Trust.
I am also an ambassador with Maclynn, an award-winning, international matchmaking agency.
