My name is Katriona, and I am an Executive Coach (International Coaching Federation) and a qualified Integrative Therapist,  BACP registered.

I work with individuals and teams who want a place to reflect and make sense of their current challenges, be it personal, professional or a mix. I offer a friendly, down to earth, research backed approach as determined by my client’s needs at a specific time.

With a therapeutic training to draw from, combined with a coaching framework, we can quite quickly identify why we can get in the way or ourselves and look at alternatives to address this. The process is usually quite organic and may lead into areas less explored to unearth blind spots. 

This may include confidence, career inflection points, managing stress/burnout, dealing with overwhelm, work-life balance challenges or at times, an opportunity for you to air issues and challenges without fear of repercussion.

: Work with CEO's and senior leaders going through change, be it new round of funding, private equity investment or scaling up

: Am a qualified Hogan Psychometric Assessment practitioner, which is a useful framework in looking at individual's strengths and areas for development and serves well in providing insights into potential Talent and hiring decisions

: Partner with private equity firms on due diligence projects by assessing Leadership Teams prior to private investment.
