About me

I am a licensed and qualified accredited therapeutic coach with over 17 years of experience in the mental health and psychological wellbeing field.

I am skilled in a range of related mental health issues which include:

I work online, therapeutically with individual teens and adults, including British ex-pats living, working and studying abroad.


I use a directive as well as collaborative integrative and eclectic approach in my practice and work flexibly depending on my individual client’s needs and self-defined goals.  I combine therapeutic, evidence-based modalities with coaching, enabling and empowering individuals to self-manage their emotional wellbeing, relieve their symptoms and restore their psychological functioning.
