About me

Whatever it is you want to achieve, I will help you build the plan, motivation and confidence to get there. Whether that is making more impact at work, making a difficult decision or coping better with a stressful situation.

I have helped support executives/directors to develop leadership skills in the workplace to those who have been thwarted in their previous efforts to find work, helping them achieve their ambitions and overcome barriers . Even if you are still uncertain of exactly what it is you want to achieve I will work with you to find out what it is you want to change in your life. This can sometimes be achieved in just one session or may take place over a period of a few months. One thing I have learned is that no two clients are the same and I will always allow you to progress at a pace that suits you. One client told me she walked 2 inches taller after her sessions with me and it wasn't much longer before she was offered a fabulous job having not worked for 2 years!

Training and qualifications

You will not find anyone with better coaching credentials than me as I hold a Doctorate in Coaching & Mentoring Practice 2015 (although I appreciate that this is not everything). I regularly supervise other coaches and teach others on accredited courses as part of my work with the higher education sector. I have also acted as a special advisor for the European Mentoring & Coaching Foundation on research and impact measures as well as having published a book on exemplary practice coaching and mentoring (Palgrave Associates).
