I have worked in coaching for over a decade and helping people get to know themselves better so they can realise their full potential is my purpose - it is why I do what I do everyday.

My background is a mix of HR, Training and coaching and I set up Career Focus UK in 2019.  I am a qualified Career Coach and accredited with the Association of Coaching.  I am a DISC personality profiler and offer this as part of some of my coaching packages.  I find the world of neuroscience fascinating and recently completed a Neuroscience Professional Development Programme which was accredited with the British Psychological Society.  I am planning to further my knowledge in this field over the next year. 

I am from Ireland but now live in Surrey, UK with my husband, our two kids and our cockapoo called Luna.
