With a background in both teaching and nursing, and time spent living in Africa, I have had a wide variety of life experiences which, I hope, enables me to be a truly empathic and judgement-free listener. By using an integrative approach (including creativity), I provide therapeutic interventions that are tailored to suit the client’s needs. Having worked through my own tough times, I know that it can take resilience and patience to get to the other side and I will carve out unhurried time for you for as long as you need.

I am very aware that life can sometimes be incredibly difficult, whether it be day to day stuff that grinds us down, the energy and cost of living crisis or a sudden and shocking life event.

I am passionate about ensuring clients feel safe, seen and their story truly heard. 

I have a private practice - Dare To Soar Transformational Coaching -  working as an online Life Coach and commonly work with clients going through tough times or transitions to new life chapters. My special interests include:
