After 25 years of a career that had taken me across different industries and countries, from Start-up to Bluechip I realized that there was a common thread to my work; my success had all come from helping others to be their best

I operated as an internal coach and mentor for several years whilst in leadership positions but I decided to formally certify as an Executive coach and dedicate myself to Coaching full time during the pandemic.

As a coach I have worked with so many amazing people! From young entrepreneurs to those needing to cope with personal change in their life. From those who are asking fundamental questions after 20+ year careers,  through to those trying to ready themselves for the next step on the career ladder.
