Andy Campbell
Executive, Business, Relationship, Life, and Mindfulness CoachingAbout me
I'm a qualified and accredited Transformational Life coach and trainer (including offering qualifications in first aid for mental health).
I have spent my career in and around the youth, community, education and charity sectors - working for large and small organisations in a variety of contexts and geographies.
My specialism is helping those who help others, but I am always happy to chat to you either way.
If you feel overwhelmed or just exhausted, if your work/life balance is not where it could be, if there are changes coming (of your choosing or not), if your wellbeing is compromised.... I could be just the coach you are looking for.
My style is informal, relaxed and supportive (but I'll help you see where you are sabotaging yourself!)

Fees
This is an imprecise art, as I offer discounted (and even free spaces) where appropriate.
Our initial conversation (usually no more than 30 mins and online) will be free and will not commit to you anything - we can talk about costs and how often you are looking for sessions at that time.
If you think of a ballpark of £70 as a starting point, you're roughly there - but I'm eager that money is never the sole reason that you don't get help if you want it. Some of my clients pay me more so I can offer reduced or free coaching and training to those who would otherwise find it inaccessible.
I offer concessions to those working in the NHS, schools, churches and charities. If you commit to a number of sessions this can also apply.
